Sale merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused condition, may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of the order date, plus applicable shipping time.
The item marked as Final Sale such as clearance items, bodysuits, lingerie, socks, etc… cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return label fee is CAD $9 per label, which will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be made to your original form of payment. We will not be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.
Important Notice
Alovz will only be liable for returns received that comply with the return policy. Returns that don't meet our requirements won't be accepted, and Alovz will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
Return processing time is 7 days after we receive your package. You must contact Customer Service within 60 days from the purchase date if you have any issues with your return.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.

Sign in to your Alovz account
Find the order in "ORDERS", click the "Return Item(s)".
Select the return items and quantities, and select the return reason, the return action, and write the comment.
Submit the return request and print the label.
Find the status of the return in "RETURN REQUESTS".
